Payment Policy
Ruby Lake Resort is located in a remote part of the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia. As with many isolated and ferry-dependent destinations, all goods and supplies must be transported by truck and ferry, resulting in operating costs that are typically 25% to 30% higher than in urban areas.
A 2.4% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
We encourage our guests to support us by using debit, e-transfer, or cash payments to avoid this additional fee.
