Planning your visit to Ruby Lake Resort is part of the experience, and a little preparation goes a long way.

We highly recommend booking your stay in advance to ensure availability, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak season. Our accommodations are limited, and the resort fills up quickly.

If you are running late, we kindly ask that you contact us. It is both a courtesy and an important part of ensuring your safe arrival. If you are expecting to arrive after 7pm, please contact us in advance so we can co-ordinate check-in

We are here to help before, during, and after your stay. Whether you have questions about your reservation, arrival, accommodations, or check-out, please do not hesitate to reach out.
