How to Get to Ruby Lake Resort By Car
From Vancouver, Whistler, the Lower Mainland, or Seattle
Getting to Ruby Lake Resort is simple, and the journey is part of the experience.
If you are travelling from Vancouver, Whistler, the Lower Mainland, or Seattle, your route begins at Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal in West Vancouver, where you will board the BC Ferries crossing to Langdale on the Sunshine Coast.
The ferry crossing takes approximately 45 minutes and offers beautiful ocean views along the way.
Once you arrive in Langdale, continue north on Highway 101 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, passing through Gibsons, Sechelt, and Madeira Park.
Ruby Lake Resort is located approximately 15 minutes north of Madeira Park.
As you approach the property, you will first see the entrance for Spirit of the Rainforest Village on your right. This is where our glamping tents and tiny wood cabins are located.
Please note: this is not the check-in location.
All guests, including those staying in the upper village, must continue a little farther down the road.
The official check-in is located on your right, next to La Trattoria Italiana, near the main parking area.
