We believe that you are what you eat, and we put love into the food that we serve in our restaurant, right from the beginning…. From planting to tending to harvesting, and finally to preparing the food which we proudly serve in our restaurant – a lot of time and love has gone into each plate. We beleive in sourcing the most local and sustainable products possible – so what better way than to grow much of our own produce ourselves, right here on site? Many of the vegetables and herbs used in our Trattoria Italiana restaurant, as well as the fresh cut flowers which adorn our tables, are grown right here on the property without the use of chemicals or pesticides. We are proud to be serving the freshest of our own farmgrown produce as much as possible.Here’s just a few of the many things we grow here on site : tomatoes, green beans, chilies, zucchinis, squash, lettuces, spinach, onions, chives, celery, beets, kale, brussels sprouts, carrots, chard, cabbage, eggplants, broccoli, peppers, potatoes, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, parsley, dalias, sunflowers, wildflowers, and much more!!
